We moved back to Michigan last year and were in search of a new gym. We had been doing Crossfit for five years and were looking for a gym to fill the void of the community we had left. We also needed a gym that was family friendly.

We tried other gyms in the area and ended up choosing Grand Trunk. It was a great choice. We get a great workout every day, they have excellent hours, and they also have open gym on Sunday’s. Our two-year-old comes sometimes and there is always another kid there to play with.
